1. Display the QR Code
Begin by displaying the Vixi Message QR Code on a video board for fans to scan. It's recommended to display it at least 30-60 minutes ahead of time to give the moderator time to prepare.

You can display this code by itself, or as a part of a larger graphic with instructions for fans. 

Locating your QR Code:

    a. From the Main Menu, select Settings 
    b. In the Application QR section, there is a button to download the QR or to copy a Text/Link Version to your clipboard

2. Pre-Show Moderation

As the submissions begin to come into the system, the moderator can use Tags to separate the submissions they intend to use. When showtime comes, the moderator will be able to easily ignore all unwanted submission.

a. From the main menu, select Moderate
    b. In the top left corner of the Moderate screen, there is a button in the shape of a Tag. Click this button to access the Tag menu

    c. Type in the name of a Tag you wish to create. For now, type "Approved" into the field (and then click +) to create a tag called "Approved"

    d. For any existing submission, click the + at the bottom, then click the + of the tag you wish to add. The moderator can use this functionality to Tag all the submission they intend to use

3. Open Output Link

    a. From the Main Menu, click Settings

    b. On the Settings menu, there is a field for Output URL. There are 2 buttons available:
        -Left button (Raw) copies the URL of a Raw Output Feed
        -Right button copies the URL of the composited Output Feed that you've previously set up (recommended)

4. Live Show Moderation

On the moderation screen, the Moderator will select which submissions to display in real time. "Highlighting" a submission results in that submission being displayed in the output. Highlight a submission by clicking the Star in the top left corner of that submission.

• Clicking the star once will display the Image and Text.
• Clicking the star a second time will fade out the Image and Text.

You can transition from one submission to the next using 1 of 2 methods::

Method #1 (uses a Fade-out, and is slightly slower than #2)
Click to Highlight #1, Click again to Unhighlight #1 and fade it out, and then click a different submission to Highlight #2

(This method fades each image out before the next image is displayed)

Method #2

Click to Highlight #1, and then directly click to Highlight #2

(This method does NOT fade each image out, but instead just jumps right to the next image)
