This is a moderation guide for Photo Magic. Click here to view this page in a web browser.

The following steps will be covered:
1. Display the QR Code
2. Pre-Show Moderation
3. Pre-Show Tagging
4. Open Output Link
5. Live Moderation

1. Display the QR Code
Begin by displaying the Photo Magic QR Code on a video board for fans to scan. It's recommended to display it at least 1-2 hours before going live. This gives the moderator time to process a lot of images.

You can display this QR Code by itself, or as a part of a larger graphic with instructions for fans. See the Vikings example below.

Locating your QR Code

    a. From the Main Menu, select Settings
    b. In the Application QR section, there is a button to download the QR Code itself. You can then send it to your graphics department for them to use in a Call to Action graphic as seen above.

You can also copy a text link version of the QR code. This is mainly used for testing purposes. If you clicked the link from your PC, it would act as if your PC scanned the QR code.

2. Pre-Show Moderation
The moderator will need to process as many images as time allows. Each image takes between 30-60 seconds to process on average, but can sometimes take longer. Begin this process by selecting Moderate from the home page.

This screen will show all of your fan submitted images. To process an image:

a. Mouse hover over any image to display buttons along the right edge of the image. When the buttons appear, select the top button: Magic Wand

b. Select a Style from the dropdown. There are 12 Styles to choose from such as Anime, Claymation, etc

 c. Type in a custom Prompt that you'd like to transform your image into, and click Process

********** Click here to view the Prompt Guide **********

d. When the image is finished processing, you'll see 4 circles at the bottom on the image. You can click each of those to see the 4 different AI Image variations that were created. Clicking the Home icon displays the original image.

3. Pre-Show Tagging

After processing fan images, the moderator can then tag the images they intend to use when live. First you need to create a tag. Once you've created the tag, you can easily apply it to any image.

Creating a Tag
To create a tag, click the Tag shaped button and type the name of your tag in the space that says "Type a new tag". A commonly used tag would be 'Approved" or something along those lines.

Applying a Tag
To apply your "Approved" tag to any image, click on the plus sign at the bottom of that image. When you do, you'll be able to click and add any tag to that image.

Searching for a Tag
Simply open the same Tag menu and you'll see all the existing tags. Click the checkbox next to any Tag to add it to the image

4. Open Output Link

    a. From the Main Menu, click Settings

    b. On the Settings menu, there is a field for Output URL. There are 2 buttons available:
-Output URL - With Graphics: copies the URL of the composited Output Feed that you've previously set up

-Output URL - Raw:  copies the URL of a Raw Output Feed

********** Click here to view the Output Settings Guide **********

5. Live Show Moderation

Photo Magic is moderated live with the use of the Highlight button. The Highlight button is the Star in the upper left corner of every image. Clicking the Highlight button either adds or removes an image from the Output.

1st click of highlight button displays the original image
2nd click of highlight button adds the AI image next to the original
3rd click of highlight button scroll both images off-screen

And then move to the next image and do 1, 2, 3 clicks. Alternatively, you can skip the 3rd click and just start on a new image.
