The client will create assets in conformance with the specifications outlined in the Phone Graphics and Output Settings guides. The client will upload these graphics into Photo Magic directly. TFG will conduct (A) an initial pre-event test to ensure everything is properly configured, and (B) a training session with the on-site moderation team.
Hardware and Software Specifications
1. The client will need to provide a computer that can run the Google Chrome web browser, with the following minimum hardware specs:
a. 100 Mbps download speed on a dedicated hardline internet connection If the computer has a wifi card, please disable it while using Photo Magic
b. Intel Core i7 10th Generation processor (or equivalent)
c. 16GB RAM
d. Nvidia RTX 3060 graphics card (or equivalent; minimum 4GB of dedicated video memory is required)
2. Please reach out to TFG with any questions about an existing computer or for recommendations on a new computer purchase. Computers that do not meet or exceed the above specifications may experience degraded performance while running Photo Magic
3. The client will have access to an on-call Producer/Tech Lead for assistance during every scheduled game or event
