Enable Support Notifications

This article will help you set up your browser to receive replies from the TFG Support team. Click here to view this page in a web browser.


To enable your browser to play a sound and display notifications when TFG Support sends a reply, follow these steps:

Part 1
1) Navigate to the appropriate URL
a) Vixi Suite URL - https://vixi.thefamousgroup.com/session
b) Vixi Social URL - https://app.vixi.social/#/app

2) Click the Lock icon to the left of the browser URL

3a) In Chrome, click "Site Settings"

3b) In Edge, click "Permissions for this site"

4) Change the following 3 settings to "Allow"

    a) Notifications

    b) Popups

    c) Sound (only in Chrome)


Part 2 (for Chrome browser)

1) Click the button in the top right corner that has 3 dots, and select Settings

2) In the left nav, click Privacy and Security

3) Click Cookies and other site data

4) Ensure that the following option is disabled: "Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows"


Part 2 (for Edge browser)

1) Navigate to edge://settings/clearBrowsingDataOnClose

2) Make sure none of the options are enabled
